Nedbank MFC is a joke

I paid my vehicle off in January 2024.

MFC offers a change of ownership service for a medial fee which I selected and paid in full. This was sent to MFC in the start of January.

MFC subsequently had a courier deliver the documentation to my domicile yet, nothing was amended and the ownership was still under Nedback Limited.

I delivered the incorrect documents to Nedback Nicolway where they were collected a month ago.

Subsequently I have had no further contact from MFC until I followed up with them regarding the change of ownership.

MFC is now asking me again for the same documentation, contact person and number at the Nedbank branch along with the Natis tracking number.

I have never in all my experience encountered a group of employees with less drive and ambition to assist their customers. All they had to do was the job I for paid (in full) and do it properly.

I have requested on two separate occasions for a manager to contact me (this has yet to happen to date) as I need someone capable to spend 5 minutes in resolving this.

I will never do any business or finance another vehicle through Nedbank going forward.
