Nedbank- MFC hopeless!!!!

one of my bakkies that i had financed through nedbank was paid in full a month ago, last week 23 February 2015 i have requested the relevant docs, to change ownership of bakkie in my cc name..... on the 26th of Feb 2015 i received a fedex courier with the supposed docs, only to find that the letter stating that the bakkie is paid in full is not included. since then i have tried to get this letter emailed to me...... Calling nedbank,emailling them and even complaining on there website still leaves me with no joy...<br> <br> who ever relevant is reading this from nedbank, please do not call me or reply to this email (this will still waste more time) please only send me the docs that i am requesting... you 'nedbank' has been good thus far, now this poor service<br> <br> Rectify and speed up this process so that both parties can happily do further business.
