Nedbank (MFC) has the worst service!

How long does it take for an insurance pay out after submitting everything required. I am fed up with the service I'm getting from MFC regarding my vehicle insurance claim. It's been more than two months now and I'm being asked for the same documents over and over again. I'm always being referred to the "relevant" department when I call. Thembi sends me emails of the same thing all the time. I honestly can not stand this incompetence especially because they still debit from my account every month without hesitation but paying out is such a battle.
