Nedbank MFC false advertising in written format

It is a great Bank to finance your car, Just do not believe any thing they tell you, even if it is in writing.

The reason is because my vehicle finance was seamless, very quick and at a low interest rate. I was under the impression that it would just get better when I received a letter from MFC with Value Added Products (VAPS) that I and my Car qualifies for together with a pre approved amount to be used for the products and all I need to do to get the products is to ask and a consultant would call me. In the letter of VAPS I qualify for was a Services Plan and a Power-up Services Plan (their name for Maintenance plan). I requested for both of them and only received a call for the normal service plan and never call for the power-up service plan (there was other stuff on the letter to, just wasn't interested). the normal service plan consultant told me a other consultant would call for the power-up, I am still waiting 7 months latter. I did repeated email follow-ups to no avail. On the email follow-ups the usual response is just that a consultant would call you but it never happens. One reply actually told me that the power-up is not available for sports cars, I have an Audi A3, so not a sports car.
