Nedbank MFC disappointing!

Buying the car via netbank MFC was a nightmare of my life. I wonder if the car i bought was really roadworthy!The stories about it,seem like it was just thrown unto my hands so to take my people's lives and my Money!

1st they didn't even give me documents until my car was crashed(for a month and 3 weeks no papers)and the only thing they focused on was the money obvious.I had an insurance and the shortfall and all that they backed off- rejected the claim COMPLETELY AND UNFAIRLY SO!The car crashed in just 1 month of having it, before even the 1st installment. Now i can't afford to pay at all as I no longer have the source of income.I have stated my issues to them but all they care is pay the money....I'm not advised on any other way!I was never taught to *****, and i never learner to *****. They have been promising to go for evaluation of the vehicle and now the owner of the scrab yard is om my neck as supposed to be-the car was there for 6 months now. And the evaluators or whatever from the bank are taking forever. The owner needs the space that the car is occupying and payments for storage(which i cant afford). So far trying to call Pelompe Madisa who has been on this case.Heartless! She awaits my call to remind me of how much i owe everytime i want to know how is the process...when i want to know when will the evaluators go there for the car. She promises to call and everytime i call she hijacks my airtime by telling me how much i owe the bank. Never wants to give me the reference of the call....I still fail to understand the way she does things....No solution at all!
