Nedbank MFC cancelled policy but still debit account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Dear Nedbank MFC department</p> <p> </p> <p>Tsepo phoned from MFC on Wednesday the 15/02/2017 to sell an extended service plan to me. i accepted the policy, but after the call i quickly worked out that the amount of km i am going to put on my car will be so little and decided to quickly cancell the policy, or so i thought...</p> <p> </p> <p>i phoned back the next day, i could not get hold of Tsepo, so i spoke to a lady that told me it will take 24hours to show up on their system, then they will be able to cancell the policy. i phoned back on the 17/02/2017, gave a lady all my details and got a ref number NG29892 which stated my policy was cancelled, and within the grace period of 5 working days. Later that month my car payment went off with the extended warranty amount included???? why did it go off after i managed to cancel this policy?</p> <p> </p> <p>i phoned again, only to be told this will only be cancelled after 21 working days! why does it take 21 working days to cancell this policy? i phoned again today only to be transferred to 700 different departments, that tells me it has been cancelled, i should have received a sms notification on the 10th. i never did. i received an email today with a statement for my car paymend due on the 25th with still this mfc extended warranty on it?????? </p> <p> </p> <p>you guys can manage to sell me this policy within seconds, now it takes you forever to get this same policy cancelled? What is so unbelievably difficult in order for you just to cancell the policy????</p> <p> </p> <p>extremely *********** staff? no one can actually just cancell the policy? no i was told they will get back to me on friday the 24/03/2017 with an answer????? ok great come back to me when the next payment/debit order goes off again!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this to be cancelled TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>contact me on </p> <p> ********** 108</p>
