Nedbank MFC, are you playing games?

On 23 November, Nedbank MFC deducted their monthly premium. I had to go to my bank, reverse it , and remind Nedbank through Hellopeter that the agreed upon date for deduction was Monday 25. On the agreed date, everybody deducted their premium except Nedbank MFC. I reminded them through an email on 27 November 2024 to deduct their money. No response. I have just read a 'no reply' email from a Sebone, K. (Karabo) asking me to 'provide an arrangement for the arrears' on my account. Is this a bad joke? Why is Nedbank not deducting their money even today? I would like this Karabo or anyone from MFC for that matter to call me today and explain to me why all of a sudden they have trouble deducting their money on 25 of every month as agreed, unless 25 is on a weekend, public holiday or in December.
