Nedbank /MFC

I was financed my Mfc in 2024 had an accident in 2025/12/30 lodged the claim same day and sent requirements the following days. the car is yet to be towed by @nedbank since Dec to date. Service is bad I keep calling everyday the assessors don't even send updates. The assessor Gladys Maine and Latiefa alwayd give me a run around worse they lie and say the towing company is busy calling me it's almost a month now installment is due for a car that I had a debt cover for that need to be settled by Nedbank @nedbank and Mfc stop giving me a run around fetch the car and settle the claim.
