Nedbank MFC

MFC Nedbank, we once purchased a vehicle through Nedbank and MFC, we were hijacked then MFC requested for the police case number, which we provided, this was apparently a way to see if they can s**** the vehicle out. Few months after submitting the case number we were called to be told we need to pay for the car all over again as MFC cannot s**** the vehicle of. We do not know how to go about this issue as we are unable to pay for it now.
