Nedbank- MFC

I had took out a ad cover with Nedbank division MFC. It's almost 3 years and I wish to cancel this cover as my interest on my vehicle has been paid up. I have called MFC in December and a consultant provided me with cancellation forms which I immediately completed and sent back to the email provided. Till today this cover has not been cancelled, I have resent these cancellation forms and have received no joy. I have called the Nedbank call centre and I'm placed on hold for ever. I want my cover cancelled immediately. Your ll are deducting from December after informing you verbally and in writing. If this is not rectified I will revert to higher authority! It is considered ***** to deduct money after been told to cancel !
