NEDBANK MESSING WITH MY DEBIT ORDER DATES

Every year end Nedbank you assign a "Banker" to my account. This means you and this person fiddle around with my account and leave no choice but to complain to the Ombudsman. This banker never answers his phone he is not able to perform the simplest of tasks. I need you to stop changing dates on my debit orders and do as I have asked you to do dozens of times.
