Nedbank messing up my credit score

Who and why at Nedbank decides to do random credit checks on me without my knowledge, even if I don't even have ANY credit (no overdraft, credit card, home or car loans) with Nedbank. The only thing that Nedbank gets out of this is messing up my credit score and to give me even more reason to never do any personal banking with Nedbank.
