Nedbank messed up debi check system

I was shocked this morning when I received messages on my phone that 2 debit orders for Nedbank did not go through. Today is the 17th and my debit orders go through on the 25th of each month when I get paid. I have had issues with Nedbank recently when I addressed certain concerns on how they handle my accounts and I was told to wait for a response due to the unrest in the country. What I want to know is what is happening at Nedbank as it seems their systems are failing their clients. This will probably impact my credit score negatively and I hope this case can be sorted by the banking Ombudsman as it seems to be the only solution now.
