Nedbank ****mers

Nedbank has done it again. So I logged into my account, to my surprise I have a -R758. To start with, I don’t have an overdraft with the bank. When I call and ask them why do I have a minus on my account they say Im subscribed to google and YouTube. What the hell🤬🤬🤬🤬 my phone doesn’t have YouTube, my phone doesn’t have google play store so what the hell. They can’t even tell me what phone is used that linked my account. What the hell. Nedbank are ****mers, *****ulent bank honestly and I don’t know why I trusted them again. Nedbank fix my account before I sue please 🙏🏾 I don’t have an overdraft with your bank and im not subscribed anything let alone i no longer use your account to perform any transactions and I even stopped paying my kids fees and transportation using your account so fix this and cancel my account. I’m done. Ke sharp ka Nedbank for gooooooood!
