Nedbank-****MERS

WORSE BANK EVER!!!! Got ****med with nearly R10000 regarding online purchases. Money from 4 inlune companies just started to come off my acc without me authorizing it. On my app inline purchasing was switched OFF. I was told to cancell the card and get a new one. I followed instructions, got a new card just to get ****med again wirh the same transactions. I then got told that I should have waited 48hours before getting a new card wich nobody told me otherwise transactions would get carried over. So who is at fault here how was I suppose to know if nobody told me. I never authorized any online purchases EVER I dont shop online!! No proper feedbank from Nedbank just excuses and everybody iis telling me a different story. This is a disgrace I am now in financial nonsense over this. DONT BANK WITH THEM THEY DONT PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMER'S i am livid!!!!
