Nedbank Merchant Services = Outrageous

Nedbank Merchant Services department is absolutely deplorable!!! I cancelled my merchant number as instructed to do so by such department and it has now been almost 2 months later and I am being contacted about the terminal! What is the point in having reference numbers and calls recorded when people do not do their jobs?? I am furious! I will never recommend their services and funny enough it is just this department! Everything on my end was completed and sent through I have reference numbers and emails but as I said its a lazy bunch of people that chose not to complete their tasks at work! Pathetic is an understatement!!!
