Nedbank Merchant services

I am a Nedbank merchant customer, a few weeks ago my daily settlement witch is usually in my account 12 hours from settlement was not in my account for 4 days,. I was told a queried transaction was the cause ?.Since then this has happened 4 or 5 times .All settlements are a few days late .I have to phone every day and no one at merchant services can tell me why. ! I have a great collection of reference no's and even a great promise of someone contacting me, living in hope!!!. ps my last call to Nedbank was this morning to be told there sales department would be in contact with me in 24 to 48 hours.....wow Nedbank you guys are the business Bomb seriously ****ed off.
