Nedbank - Merchant Services

Having had many years of dealing happily with Nedbank (Merchant services) I finally decided that loyalty was not a big enough motivator to stay with them when I was approached by another bank offering significantly better rates. I advised Nedbank that I would be terminating and gave them more notice than required. After termination they continued to charge me the monthly fees for machine rentals etc and after more than 3 months I am still struggling to get a refund - it is very disappointing to be begging an organisation like Nedbank to refund my money. I received excellent service for years but when it comes to refunding my money it is very disappointing, it makes me realise that moving was a good choice as they don't seem to value relationships.
