Nedbank Merchant, Phone Number Not Working!!

Hi Nedbank, can someone please call me in regard to my speedpoint machine that has been showing Alert Irruption since yesterday afternoon.

I tried calling these numbers ******

Numerous of times and my call doesn't even connect. It just shows call ended.

When I called *** I got "transferred" to the merchant department without success. All I got was a blank line...
