Nedbank Merchant Account - no service delivery on production error

Nedabnk merchant account is not working (no official response after 5 days) but it sounds like it was made inactive. Yet account is active and card payments are rejected. Nedbank continues to bill me for this service Also no follow up on this matter despite it being a production priority 1 error, and several emails and phone calls from me to them Appalling service for a business. Perhaps I will get more response from the Hello Peter team....?
