Nedbank menlyn disgrace!!!!! Service is shocking!!!

Worst branch ever!!! Nobody greets.... my waiting time was 30 minutes. To do a quick deposit..... I ask the service champ and she says some enquiries clients have been waiting for 17 minutes.... I said yes and i have been waiting for 30.

Not once did a Teller ticket be called... clients walking in way after me got called to the counter.

Staff are chatting and laughing amongst themselves and strolling to the printer's and back. Maybe banks shouldn't be open on a Sunday if staff aren't 'Lus' !!!!!!
