Nedbank Menlyn Branch is a disgrace!!

A branch full of unprofessional people led by a very shocking manager. They all lack people s****s and offer poor customer service. The staff always dictates to their manager. On every visit I witness how elderly clients are shouted and disrespected at this branch.

Consultants are everywhere but their work stations, waiting time for card collection can go beyond 30 minutes on any given day. They are never able to resolve any problem their customers have. Their rotten behavior has spilled over to the security guard at the door too. I think however the biggest shock is the lack of professional grooming and the branch manager can never fix this one as 95% of his staff are culprits.
