NEDBANK Medical Profession Dept poor service

I app**** for a bond with NEDBANK beginning of May after putting an offer to purchase a house. Nearly 2 months later I am still awaiting for an outcome. We have lost the house we wanted. Several follow up e-mails and phone calls which have gone somtimes unanswered or if answere am either told that the application is still with credit or the consultant still needs to consult further.

How long does it take for a bond application to be processed by @NEDBANK, @ MEDICAL Profession RRB?
