Nedbank ****MED me
On the 5th of February 2024 I got a call from Thato Mokoena ***) who's working for Nedbank, she asked me about car insurance, she also stated that according to their system I gave them an authority to Debit R1800 for the car insurance which I dnt know of she gave me a reference number to give the consultant at reversal department, They then put me through to rervesal department I was told that money was reversed, they then put me through to ***** department where they told me about all the accounts that I have with Nedbank as I was speaking to the lady at ***** department I then got a cellphone notification to say "cellphone notification has been deactivated" that's when I ended the call to call Nedbank customer service, I was informed that R4900 was withdrawn from my account, I got a message from Nedbank telling that someone is trying to increase my daily limit I then declined since I was not trying to increase any limit. He gave me a reference number ***6 to open a case at the police station,.Them I must email an affidavit to *** I got a response to say that R8900 was withdrawn according to their system, first consultant did not tell me anything about R8900 I only thought that only R4900 was withdrawn only after they told me, I pulled a statement the I saw that R4000 and another R4000 and then R900 I'm too disappointed by their service, The response that i got from *** was that they accept that I'm a victim at the same time play negligent I'm not happy with the feedback as I trusted them with my money and I was comfortable with the call since they used Nedbank number. As well as the pop up messages used to authenticate or identify me as their customer were real. I used to trust Nedbank thats I stayed as a loyal to them from 1998, all I want is for them to investigate on the matter because R2400 is really not enough for gesture of good will I have kids and I trusted this bank for years
