Nedbank **** me my money

Nedbank I am so disappointed with them, actually I am even changing my account to another bank, I have some money into my account today when I log into my account only to find out that the money I had shows that urs on minus, like how come my money turns into credit, this is the inside job Nedbank must pay my money back because I don't owe them anything........ Nedbank is useless
