Nedbank ****** me

On the 1st of July 2024 I paid off my loan account in full at a Nedbank branch. It's been a week now calling in everyday to request a paid up letter. Every single department of Nedbank cannot trace my account. I have sent through numerous emails with proof of payment but never got any response. The outstanding balance still reflects on my app.
