Nedbank Maponya Mall unprofessional service

I was at Nedbank Maponya mall just now to pay my credit card and i was told to deposit the money on the ATM outside i asked the lady how and she said the security guard will assist me, when i was ta the machine i couldn't cause there is no option to pay, they didn't even give me account number to deposit money to, so now how do i pay my credit card since i cant use the Nedbank app, No effort was done by the lady at the door to assist. Who was suppose to assist me the security or the staff member from the bank?
