Nedbank Maponya Mall - Disgusting attitude towards the elderly

Nedbank Maponya Mall is the worst when it comes to helping the elderly. On the 10 September 2018 my mom wanted to make a transfer between Nedbank accounts, she was told she must go to the ATM and someone will assist her. The very person who was supposed to assist her was busy flirting with a boy and when my mom asked her for assistance she gave her a stinking attitude.

Today, once again my mom wanted to make a transfer, she was told her card expired, was sent from pillar to post to have this resolved. She spent almost two hours and had to fight for someone to finally assist. Nedbank, you need to up your game in training these youngsters to deal with the elderly. Total lack of respect and disregard for one's dignity is what we feel after these incidents. We are very disgusted with the way you treat your customers. Just so you know, we will be closing our accounts!
