NEDBANK MANIPULATES BANK FEES TO PLEASE THEIR OWN PROFITS

I am having a real problem with Nedbank today. Today will officially end the transactual relationship we have over a number of years because of downright sharp business practice and manipulation of bank service fees. I refer to:

1. PAYSHAP payments under R 100 are being charged at R10.00. What kind of fool will continue to use PayShgap with this bank anytmore after that? Do you think we were born yesterday.

Noting: The fee mentioned in Nedbank's own is ZERO FOR PAYMENTS UNDER 100

2. Downloading of statements off internet banking is now being charged at R11 per statement with NO alternative. I receive NO email statements and postal statements have never existed. So, when I needed reconcile my account back by 12 months, I was charged R 110.00 for the pleasure of downloading 10 statements.

Noting: No mention is made in internet banking that even the most recent statement cannot downloaded without being chaarged R11.

Disgusted. You bet.

Nedbank. Your slip is showing. You are about to lose another customer this week and possibly face a report for unreasonable charges at the Ombud.

Media: This is particularly relevant today in the light of the National Budget and the pain and suffer to the poor, pensioners and the lower middle class. It's time somebody cast a light on the conduct of the SA banks.
