Nedbank mall of the south atrocious

This us my 2nd time at nedbank mall of the south. No care,*****y corporate stuck up vibe. Customer service people.u dont go on lunch when one client in the whole bank is waiting for you and there is no one else2serve. The whole lot shud be fired. This bank must close at this centre I have never been so dissatisfied
