Nedbank Mall at Reds Waiting Time

Went to Nedbank Mall@Reds to collect card. Got a queue ticket, and was second in the queue. Half an hour later, and I was still second in the queue. I then complained at the branch and via the complaints email. Eventually got out of there just under an hour later. After forwarding my emails several times, eventually the branch manager called me. No explanation was given, nor any commitment from them about how this kind of terrible service would be fixed. I told them I will close my account, guess what, they even offered to help me close it!!
