Nedbank making their problems mine

I am not a Nedbank customer however I was sent a cash withdrawal voucher that I attempted to withdraw from Nedbank ATM in Lukhanji Mall, Queenstown (ATM F720)

After entering the voucher details just as the ATM was about to give out my money the machine restarted.

I waited for it to work again and tried a second time when I got the error “voucher already used” . I have photos that I took of proof when this happened

I’ve logged a query with one of your consultants reference number : *** and later got a message saying it has been declined.

This is unacceptable I cannot make a loss due to a technical difficulty on Nedbanks side then they tell me they decline my query

Someone contact me about this please my number should be on your system already under the query reference number
