Nedbank - Making Nothing Happen

So Nedbank my 3 problems with you. 1) I went to your sunward park branch to see the branch manager to help me resolve an issue I have. I was not allowed to see the manager. Why do you propose this is? 2)I purchased a vehicle through Nedbank finance 12 years ago. Wanted to sell the vehicle now only to discover I only ever received the reg papers from Nedbank but not the completed NCO or proxy ID or settlement letter. Unfortunately back then I didn’t know to request them as I was a youngster and was my first car. No one seems to be able to assist me with this problem. 3)My Nedbank cards expire in September 2020. I contacted Nedbank to renew and was told someone will call me. Well still waiting. Nice job Nedbank. I’ll now be looking at other banks to fufill my banking needs.
