Nedbank making 100% profit off struggling debt review clients

About 3 years ago I was struggling financially and app**** for debt review , one of my creditors was Nedbank for a personal loan for about R83 000. Since then I have been paying diligently and have come to the point where I have managed to get an approximate amount of R40000 to settle my account but Nedbank refuses to negotiate on settlement . So far I have paid off R54 k of my R83K and I have now been given a settlement amount of a further R80k . This will mean a total payment of R135k made to Nedbank on a R83k loan . This is over a period of 3 years . If I continue with the debt review period of a further 2 years instead of settling this account then Nedbank will get a double repayment on the total loan amount , this is 100% profit . When NCR introduced the debt review process I was under the impression it was assistance to people with financial struggles , instead Nedbank deals with there clientele as though they are ********* and have a “do not negotiate” policy . So far all my creditors have given me substantial discounts which have allowed me to get passed the bad times and will I continue to deal with them .Nedbank however will not get my business again and I will spread the word regarding their ruthless and undemocratic ways of business. So much for building a nation … Nedbank kicks you while you down and out!
