Nedbank makes one desperate

I was told in order to increase my limits substantially I had to do it via the app. Downloaded the app. Told after the first time I used the app then I could work with bigger amounts. I cant !!! App wont allow me to increase my limits. Spent about 20 minutes on a help line today. At 4pm the call ended. I was told to go into a branch. See case ***0 when I spent 3 hours in a branch. Why does one always have to go into a branch? I want to increase my limit and need help.
