NEDBANK makes life unbearable

I have been banking with Nedbank for so many years. Last year I decided to open an Investment account with them. With this account I am supposed to give them 32 days notice to get my money. However I recently lost my job and my case has been taken to the CCMA. I told the bank I needed the money urgently to pay my lawyers and to help my family survive. I could not afford to give the 32 days notice because all the money I need to live is in my investment account. The bank refused to release the money. Now my family is dire poverty and struggling yet i have money with Nedbank. This is extremely unfair. The managers said they would do something, but nothing has been done. I cant eat and my children are suffering because Nedbank cant urgently release my money. What kind of inhumanity is this. If my bank can't help me who would. This is my money we are talking about. It's not like I am asking for a loan. Leaves me wondering if it's worth it to bank with NEDBANK.<br>
