Nedbank makes Credit card Limit amount become's the actual monthly installment

Nedbank has captured my credit card outstanding balance of R39-000 as an installment amount. My installment is far less than that. Due to this I cannot get credit anywhere due to this. I take responsibility for the amount owed but not such a big instalment. I need this to be corrected urgently and submit the correct amount to itc
