Nedbank maintenance charges

Nedbank, took a maintenance fee from my account for a non existent card. I already spoke to three employees, that promised me the problem would be solved the next day. Today I got an message that my account is overdrawn, this is due to the bank, charging me a fee for a card that I never used, with that an overdrawn fee is charged. Quite a ********** way of making money.
