I reported people taking money from account which I did not authorize and now I have been waiting for the money to be reversed and for me to avoid that from happening was to cancel my card and get a new one. Why would you charge me R150 for mitigating the risk while applying for another card? Now I am now waiting for almost a week for the ****** money to come back. The other thing is that your consultants get rude when you talk to them...
