<p>I would like to take this time and compliment the exceptional service I received telephonically from one of your agents by the name of Tiisetso Makhudu which I believe she's at the Newtown branch.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />She was not only helpful but also went an extra mile to even educate me about how the product works and how can I minimize my bank charges.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Nedbank really need more people like her to make things happen</p>
