Nedbank mabopane poor service

Poor service at Nedbank mabopane...I waited more than an hour without a ticket because they told me their systems are slow and only two consultants working..so for me to open an account, they don't promise me anything, I must just wait because there are 5 people before me. To my surprise, the 2 consultants who are working are busy helping people and those people leave infrony of my eyes..when I ask they tell me I should wait .I'm disappointed because I wanted to invest with Nedbank but their services are bad.
