NEDBANK LOST THEIR CALENDAR?

Nedbank decided, for whatever reason, to debit their money today, thereby ruining my whole day. The agreed upon deduction date is the 25th of each month. I understand when the date falls on a weekend, public holiday or in December. But 25 November is a normal working day. I had to go to the bank to reverse the money because I had to use it today, pay R50.00 charges for my bank to reverse it. Nedbank has never once not found their money on the day we agreed upon. They had no reason to mess with my plans. They should deduct their money on Monday, 25 as agreed upon. Because of Nedbank, I was not able to do what I planned to do today, and that is not fair.
