Nedbank lost another customer

After being a client of Nedbank for almost 8 years now I am so dissapointed to report the bad service I received. I have got a personal loan with them. So for the last two months they just take installments like they wish. October they deducted two installments without notifying me, today again they deducted three installments again without notifying me. Now it is becoming my problem to fight for my own money. Not to mention that my day of debit order is set for the last day of the month. Never again will I invest, loan or do any business with them.
