Nedbank long queues

The queues are ridiculous and were too long even before lock down. Nedbank has closed Epsom downs and Broadacres branches forcing everyone in the fourways and north area into one branch. The fourways branch is in a Mall - there is limited parking and difficult access. Nedbank makes enough money so why is it closing branches and forcing us into unnecessary queues?
