Nedbank logs wrong credit information on my profile

Nedbank always logs wrong information about my credit card, I have never missed a payment but nedbank keeps logging missed payments, I paid my credit card on the 24th of this month till today the payment hasn't reflected, so I am not sure if nedbank is doing this on purpose to mess up with my credit score, I really can't wait to close this card shem
