NEDBANK LOANS WILL ROB YOU TO THE CORE. THEY THE PITTS

Hello Let me start by saying, if you want a loan, do not go to Nedbank. They have the worst possible service. And I think that just by having a loan with them, they are entitled to deduct as many times their debit order as they wish. Their consultants are so ***********, don't understand a word you saying. And when asked to speak to a Manager, they just never available, nor do they ever call you back. As soon as you've made arrangements , the next day the just go and deduct again. This has now happened to me since December 2019. Where every month end they deduct x2 full instalments amounts. To which it then takes me 3 days to get hold of someone to refund me. They say all notes are on the system on record, but yet just continue. This has now happened to me End of December 2019, end Jan 2020 to May 2020. After that they seemed to have gotten it right. Only to find myself now back at square one. But mostly the fact that within a day of speaking to consultant, they have now deducted my account a 3rd time. It has now take n me 4 days, to which a Manager as yet to call me back. I just want this account to be over and done with. And Nedbank is the last place I want to deal with. SO if you think they can offer you something better, trust an mark my words, they wont, cause behind the scenes, they will milk you for every cent its worth, and you end up calling and calling for refunds constantly, they have put me in such shame, that my other debits were returned cause of the incompetence.
