Nedbank Loans sucks

I called Nedbank Personal loans to make an arrangement for the arrears and the consultant confirmed that they will debit R7700 from the 20th of this month. Yesterday they decided to debit the full outstanding amount which has led to my other debit orders to be unpaid. The last time I checked the Court ruled against the offsetting practice. I ve never been so disgusted in my life and what annoys me the most is there's an arrangement in place and in the middle of this Corona crisis Nedbank does not care about the their clients. This is the worst bank in South Africa, it's the only bank that doesn't have Treat clients fairly policy. U need to beg them to send u statements otherwise they don't bother. I took out this loan for R180k with a repayment of R6600 and have paid for 2yrs and some months but i still owe R135k. Nedbank just rips off their customers and they don't care
