Nedbank Loans

Nedbank loans has been double deducting money on my account. This month they took double the loan installment plus an additional deduction. They claiming a higher amount of my arrears than it should be. Some of their consultants are rude and shout when as a client you complaining and need clarity. They keep on telling me about a system.
