NEDBANK LOANS EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING SERVICE

Good day

I'm highly disappointed in the manner Nedbank handle their business. When Covid hit, I went in a arrears with my loan, its been a struggle but eventually paid it off on 15th October 2022. It is now nearly 2 months and Nedbank is not sending my paid up letter or have reinstate my record at the Credit Bureau

It's totally unacceptable that it should take this long to receive a paid up letter from Nedbank. I've been phoning on a daily basis and speak to a different agent everyday and all of their responds is they don't understand the delay, this should've been sorted long time and they will escalate the matter. Nobody has ever attempt to get back to me.

WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG TO GET A PAID UP LETTER AND FOR NEDBANK TO CLEAR MY NAME??????
