Nedbank loans department **** from their customers

I had a personal loan with Nedbank and never missed one payment ever paying by means of a monthly debit order. I received my last invoice from Nedbank on 15/01/2019 which stated the outstanding balance on the account is R2603.73 and is payable on 31/01/2019. Yesterday however, the usual monthly payment of R2994.90 was paid via debit order from my Standard bank account and this morning I contacted Nedbank loans department to close the account and request refund of the R391.17 which they were over-paid. To my disgust, I was informed that the refund due to me is only R16 ! Is this how Nedbank **** from their customers? How can they add insurance or admin fees or interest if the due date for the final invoice is only 31/01/2019 and I already made final payment?
